User Obligations

When using our services, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information
• Maintain the confidentiality of your account credentials
• Use our services in compliance with all applicable laws
• Not engage in any fraudulent, abusive, or harmful activities
• Respect intellectual property rights
• Not attempt to interfere with the proper functioning of our services

Trial Period Terms

Our trial periods (7-day PoC, 30-day trial, 90-day engagement) are subject to the following terms:

• One trial period per company/organization
• Trial services are provided on an "as-is" basis
• Either party may terminate the trial with written notice
• Data and deliverables from trial period remain our property until formal engagement
• No refunds for trial periods as they are provided at reduced or no cost

Payment Terms

• All fees are quoted in USD unless otherwise specified
• Payment terms will be outlined in your specific service agreement
• Late payments may incur additional charges
• We reserve the right to suspend services for non-payment
• Refund policies vary by service (see our Refund Policy for details)

Intellectual Property

All content, materials, and intellectual property on our website and in our services remain the property of NoeticMinds Consulting unless otherwise specified. This includes:

• Website design, layout, and graphics
• Marketing strategies and methodologies
• Software, tools, and proprietary technology
• White papers, guides, and educational content
• Logos, trademarks, and brand elements

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, NoeticMinds Consulting shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific service in question.

Confidentiality

Both parties agree to maintain confidentiality of any proprietary or sensitive information shared during the course of our engagement. This obligation survives termination of services.

Termination

Either party may terminate services with written notice as specified in the service agreement. Upon termination:

• Client must pay for all services rendered up to termination date
• We will provide final deliverables as outlined in the agreement
• Confidentiality obligations continue
• Access to our platforms and tools will be discontinued

Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Bangalore, Karnataka, India.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
