- Refund Eligibility: Not applicable - PoC is typically provided at minimal or no cost
- Cancellation: Can be cancelled anytime with no penalty
- Deliverables: Work completed until cancellation will be provided
15-Day Quick Win Trial
- Refund Window: Within first 5 days if not satisfied
- Refund Amount: 100% refund if cancelled within 5 days
- After 5 Days: No refunds, but services can be paused or adjusted
- Conditions: Must demonstrate genuine attempt to engage with services
90-Day Growth Sprint
- Refund Window: Within first 14 days
- Refund Amount: Prorated refund based on services delivered
- After 14 Days: No refunds, but contract can be modified by mutual agreement
- Milestone-Based: Payment tied to deliverables and milestones

- Strategy development fees are non-refundable once delivered
- Ad spend is non-refundable (paid directly to platforms)

Sales-as-a-Service

- Setup and onboarding fees are non-refundable
- Monthly retainer may be cancelled with 30-day notice

- No refunds for sales already closed

- Pay-per-lead models: Only pay for qualified leads delivered
- Monthly packages: Prorated refund if service standards not met
- Satisfaction guarantee: 30-day money-back if quality standards not met
- Minimum lead criteria must be defined upfront
AI & Technology Solutions

General guidelines:
- Development fees are milestone-based and non-refundable once delivered
- License fees may be prorated for annual subscriptions
- Implementation fees are non-refundable after go-live
- Support and maintenance can be cancelled with 30-day notice
White Papers & Digital Products
Digital products (white papers, guides, courses) are non-refundable once downloaded or accessed due to their digital nature.
How to Request a Refund

- Include any relevant documentation or evidence
- Allow 5-7 business days for review
- Approved refunds will be processed within 14 business days
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method
