EWAM (Event Workflow Automation and Management System) is an all-in-one event and venue operations platform developed by NoeticMinds Consulting. It lets event organizers, venue operators and exhibition planners manage online ticketing, turnstile gate check-in, interactive 2D floor plans, exhibitor booth booking, lead capture and cashless food-court payments in one system.

EWAM is built for organizers and venue operators running trade shows, expos, conventions, conferences and multi-hall exhibitions, and for the exhibitors, gate staff and attendees who take part. Each role, from platform and organizer admins to event admins, gate supervisors, exhibitors and attendees, gets its own access and tools.

Attendees register online in under a minute, choose a pass tier such as Visitor, Delegate or VIP, and enter their details. EWAM instantly generates a digital badge with a secure QR code that works on a smartphone or as a printed lanyard badge.

EWAM verifies each pass in under one second, for up to 1,800 entries per hour per turnstile lane, with instant green (allowed) or red (denied) feedback. Gates keep a local offline cache, so scanning continues at about 25 ms per pass even if venue Wi-Fi or cellular networks fail.

Yes. Organizers allocate booths directly on the interactive floor plan or through SalesSutra CRM, and exhibitors can see live stall availability. During the event, booth staff scan attendee badges with their phones to collect verified business leads, notes and meetings for follow-up.

Every ticket comes with a digital event wallet. Attendees tap their phone or printed badge at registered food stalls, coffee counters and merchandise desks to pay in about two seconds. Organizers can include daily meal credits with Delegate and VIP passes, and vendors receive exact same-day settlement.

When your sales team marks a sponsorship or exhibitor booth deal as Won in SalesSutra CRM, EWAM automatically reserves the booth on the 2D floor plan, creates the exhibitor team's badges and pre-loads any agreed meal credits, with no manual data entry.

Badge scans at entry and exit doors update live occupancy for every hall, auditorium and food court within a second. When an area approaches capacity, organizers get early alerts to redirect visitors, and predictive modelling forecasts crowd movement before keynotes end.

EWAM imports venue drawings as vector SVG, DXF or GeoJSON. Passes are signed with SHA-256 HMAC, data is protected with AES-256 encryption, and gates run on a cloud plus local offline node so check-in continues during network outages.
