BPO Services

- per month, 2 seats included
- Domestic calls only to Customer-provided database
- Campaign in Hindi, Kannada, Marathi, Konkani, Urdu, basic English
- Up to 70% calls connected
- Connected customers will be informed on the Offer/Product
- 250 – 300 potential customers considering visiting (website, store, site etc.,)
- Additional Bonus:
- a. Connected customer phone# and basic details
- b. 3 infographics shared with connected customers for recall
- c. Re-marketing to warm leads periodically (2 times in subsequent months)
Terms and Conditions
- 60% advance payment on Work order signing & on the 1st of the month subsequently
- Rest 40% on 28th of the month
- Work order has to clearly state the scope of work & categories
- All content / tasks have to be in English
- Access / logins have to be shared 1 week before contract start date
